Motel 6-Garland, TX - Northeast Dallas

Excellent staff..clean, quiet, staff was very accommodating. The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is, the back of the motel doesn't have a wifi connection. I have a beautiful brindle 140lb cane Corso dog..I'm having trouble getting housing because of 700psi bite force and his size. He basically equals an African lion. So, to have it to where motel 6 doesn't charge for pets, they should get 9 99 rating. What a stress relief..

Front desk needs more help

Our TV didn't work and there were too many fights going on in our area

The air conditioner was barely working. It's was straining to barely keep it tolerable. It was 104 degrees in Texas unacceptable i could have had a heat stroke and state law requires hotels to have is operable ac and heating units for those type of extreme temperatures are killer so we news to make sure they are within code compliance for the state of Texas.I won't go as far as falling.Complaint with the federal in the state local health board and any oversight.Hopefully we can work together and solve this this problem.They also had roaches at the property

The young lady that works at the front desk is very dismissive. She gave me a key that didn't work. 4 times and then proceeded to ask me. Was I using it correctly? I've been staying at this property for the last 2 months off and on honey, I know how to get In-N-Out of the door the key is not working so she. Gave me another room which was upstairs and it was hot. It also has roaches

The shower didn't work, and there were lots of roaches.
