B1 Verdeguer - Flat close to the Beach

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The towels, blankets and bathroom were not clean upon arrival. We also saw cockroaches during our stay, which was very unpleasant. The apartment was poorly maintained. The toilet seat was completely loose and moved when sitting down. The fan above the bed did not work, and the bathroom extractor fan was extremely loud. Comfort was also disappointing. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the mattress protector made the bed very hot, and there was very little natural daylight inside the apartment. The listing is also somewhat misleading. It is advertised as being “close to the beach”, but it takes around 24 minutes to walk there, so we often had to rely on taxis or Uber. For a stay of 5 days with 3 persons, only two toilet paper rolls were provided, and each guest received just one small and one large towel. Overall, we were disappointed by the cleanliness, maintenance and comfort of the accommodation and do not feel that it offered good value for money. In addition, communication with the owner was poor. Our concerns were not handled properly and no satisfactory solution was offered during our stay.

El trato del personal fue bueno, fácil acceso, la limpieza normal también, nos pusieron una cuna y el piso tenía muy buena pinta. Es una lástima porque el piso es mono y está bien aprovechado, está aparentemente limpio pero tienen un problema de plaga de cucarachas,pequeñas es verdad que no son o están grandes, no sé cuántas matamos pero una barbaridad....

La tapa del wáter estaba rota, puede ser algo reciente y que no pudiesen arreglarlo pero las cucarachas no venían de fuera, vienen del mueble en el que está guardada la nevera y ya de ahí se van de excursión por la cocina y el baño..... Cada vez que iba al baño mataba un par y es un rollo tener que guardar todo dentro de la nevera y cada vez que la abres andar pendiente de que no esté ninguna cucarachita por la goma esperando para entrar.....bronca con mi marido porque se le ocurrió mover la nevera echar el spray con la bebé en el piso, eso el primer día pero dio igual .... En serio es una lástima el piso en sí está bien y la limpieza normal también pero mientras no quiten el mueble para cargarse el nido y sellen bien ....

Nulla di che uno o due insetti i forse serrare meglio le luci sotto la porta qualche esca e non solo l apparecchio elettrico ma per il resto pulito e confortevole
