I got 2 book same date but they help me setting my mistake so good. Their hotel so near walking street , when I go out I shock because very near area for playing skongkran festival. Very perfect location. Room so beautiful and so nice. Staff help my family alot. My car got problem and staff help my husband call person repair car. Thanks you so much for your help. I will come back again

They treat you as if you are going to steal and damage everything. The staff needs better customer service training.
