The location is superb. Just a few minutes walk to the tha pae gate and night bazzare. Some of the micheline star restaurants are also within walking distance. Nim one and downtown shopping malls are just 10 minutes drive away.

The Aircon is very noisy and could switch on our of blue in the midnight. The toilet is stincky with unpleasant smell.

Overall it is a good hotel with comfortable rooms and a great location within short 5min walking distance from the old Chiang Mai city and the night market.

The staff are not very friendly, did not suggest any activities for us when we checked in.
