"Excellent"

The kitchen in the room was really helpful and it was close to the public transportation. The new manager was really nice too!

The staff in general wasn’t really nice and one of them specifically seemed to be there against her will and making us all a favor! Her face and attitude were terrible! It also need some renovation

Very convenient to med center and not too far from nrg stadium. Seems like a Safe walkable neighborhood.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Not gross at all but needs a scrub down and a spruce up.

"It's cheap for a reason."

The staff was very friendly and excellent at their jobs. They are the only redeeming quality of this place.

When I walked into the lobby, I could immediately smell cheap weed. There was trash in the hallway, noisy guests, and my room smelled like a dank locker room. I also booked a queen-sized bed and got a full-sized mattress on a queen bed base.
