Friendly staff Location by motorway

No mugs/cups to make tea in. Grubby curtains.

Had to wait 45mins at reception for someone to check us in!

The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are basic but clean. Although it's a service station there is no noise inside the hotel.

When visiting family locally we always stay there as there isn't anything we don't like

It suited our needs for an over night stay which was cost effective

Rooms show sign of wear. Beds uncomfortable and mattress on the sofa beds were heavily stained

Bed was fine.

Leaky toilet and waste, mould and cracked sealant.

Staff were friendly

The room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke The drains were gurgling loudly all night making it difficult to sleep

The location is central for the major motorway networks for heading all directions. The hotel itself is clean tidy and basic with everything needed for our stay

The proximity to Lymm. The staff were lovely.

Mould in bathroom. Rust marks on floor from bed legs. Sofa bed had seen better days - my son nearly fell through it. The dpuble bed was so hard , it felt like i was sleeping on an ironing board. No plug sockets near bedhead. The pillows were very thin. The coffee and tea making facilities were beyond basic - only 2 paper cups (for 3 people) no teaspoons just wooden sticks. Not enough milk/sugar sachets. In bathroom only 1 sachet of shower gel, shampoo for 3 people. No hand towels.
