Bathroom stank Can’t remove plug from sink so still full of water when you want to clean your teeth Shower temp adjustment did not work so red hot and unusable Floor to bedroom not hoovered Room 9. Shocking

"Oh dear, motel, is it really……."

Location for my needs Parking was well organised Arrival was efficient

Rooms are basic to say the least. Insufficient pillows No hand towels No USB points Insufficient coffee, no tea, no sugar, insufficient milk, no cups One stool, out of a kindergarten. One sachet if shower gel, one sachet of shampoo, both tiny No bin in the living room
