Clean room, comfy bed

There was a kettle but not tea making facilities

Location was ideal

One of the rooms had a kettle but no cups or coffee/tea/sugar and the toilet didn’t flush without putting a kettle of boiling water down it!! Basic facilities just weren’t met! In the second room, bed really quite lumpy and uncomfortable and the plug in the bathroom was held in place with a cable tie!

First off the key card does not work so have to use the key , the key was very difficult to use as it was very stiff I stayed with my 2 kids and they wanted to use their tablets but the WIfi didn't work, when I spoke to the guy on the front he said the WiFi had been down for 4 days , so my kids were not happy. So we decided to watch something on the Tele, but every channel's signal was terrible and it was unwatchable as it kept glitching, so no WiFi and Tele that didn't work properly. The sofa bed was ridiculous, the mattress bit on it must be like 5 mm thick, you can feel every bar and spring , was horrible The main bed was like sleeping on concrete, I woke up and my back was in bits .

It was in a convenient location.

The bath and shower area was dirty.

Friendly welcome, easy check in, bargain price, very handy location for what we needed, decent food options in a hurry too. I don't want to put this place down because it was exactly what we needed what else will you get for that price just a few minutes from the airport and beside the main road but I don't want to give a glowing review that suggests it's a great hotel. The ultimate definition of you get what you pay for.

Bed was rock solid, fold out bed for our son was comfier, bathroom looked dated.
