The bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable. Also, we can hear the sound of the traffic even though we are on the 30 Floor from the master bedroom.

I recently rented this apartment for a two-night stay, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The apartment was infested with Charlie ants, which are highly toxic and created a serious health concern. The toilets were smelly and unclean, and overall, the place felt poorly maintained. The layout of the unit is also very inconvenient. The charging ports are awkwardly placed, making it difficult to charge devices. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and seemed broken, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be of very low quality, making it hard to get a restful sleep. Accessing the toilet in the second room was also a hassle. You either had to go through the main room or the third room to get to it, which is not ideal for privacy. The swimming pool was outdated and dirty, and the lifts had a bad smell. The lighting throughout the apartment was too dim and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment for short stays. The issues I encountered significantly impacted my stay, and I think the property needs serious improvements to meet basic standards.
MYThe place is clean and comfortable. Check in process is easy and owner is very pleasant and answered all my queries before our trip and also helped while we were there.
Only 2 bathrooms - 1 in the master bedroom and another 1 in one of the 2 rooms. Very inconvenient as people staying in the 2nd and 3rd rooms have to share one bathroom. It is still OK for a family stay but inconvenient and impractical if you travel with a group of friends. Also, no shower screen so bathrooms are perpetually wet and slippery. The floor in the whole place (except kitchen and laundry area) are very slippery because of the tiles they used. Not suitable if you are traveling with elderly person. Gym is on ground floor which is very very weird and facing the car park and breathing in carbon monoxide. Pool is also on ground floor in a hidden area.
