MYA good location with extremely good airflow. Inside the unit is well-kept, everything is provided, and host is responsive in case of any issues. The condo itself has an expansive rooftop area for relaxing, its nice for night time chat. The playground and the swimming pool also looks good. Most of the facilities upkeep is done well for a 6 year condo.
The rubbish house near the guard house and the surrounding area looks like a dump right outside the condo. Unfortunately that is the condo's design, so it might be difficult to change now. And looking for the swimming pool was certainly interesting, there was no mention that it's on the ground floor in the carpark area.
