everything we needed in the apartment had a lovely cooked breakfast,really nice weather so used the balcony,great basement parking....beds were clean and comfy, apartment is in a perfect location we could easily walk to the attractions no taxis needed,all in all great apartment for 4 people to share...

electric cooker little bit tricky to operate very tempremental apart from that the apartment and weekend were perfect thankyou .....

The door to the balcony was broken and we couldn’t get out nor open it. There was dirty underwear in the closet from the previous tenant, pieces of chips on the floor. Very dirty generally. They didn’t offer to send the cleaners. The bathtub wouldn’t drain the water. The middle door of the living space couldn’t close

The property was well appointed & served our needs beautifully during our 2 night stay.

This was the perfect accommodation for a group of 4 friends visiting Liverpool for a Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. The beds are really comfortable. There is plenty of room within the property with the addition of a small balcony. The bonus of having its own parking space within a secure underground car park beneath the property was fantastic as the location of the property is within walking distance of all top attractions and pubs, shops, and restaurants . Although in the city centre the property is very quiet and located within a side street away from any noise. Access to the property is via a secure gated entrance using a key fob, which is also used to access the outer entrance door. A lift or stairs are available to take you to the property, which is situated on the fourth floor. We were given clear instructions on all aspects of the property, including key collection, and also provided with a digital guide.

As many places do, the price of our stay was inflated for this particular weekend due to the Bruce Springsteen concert at Anfield. Supply and demand, I suppose.

Picking the keys up from a newsagent was a bit strange but seemed to work ok.

Great location, 10 minutes in any direction gets you where you need to go. Secure free basement parking. Really well equipped and clean, with large TVs in each room. Digital user guide was useful. Great stay. Would book again!

The apartment was exceptional with a high spec finish in all the rooms and a lot of attention to detail and those extra little touches to make you feel very welcomed. It was clean, mostly well maintained and very comfortable with lovely views and a quiet location close to all the sights. The lift, corridor and apartment all smelt fresh and beautifully perfumed which made a lovely first impression. The guide app is a great idea and really helpful, only comment would have liked more information on how to recycle. We also loved the Hidden Walks of Liverpool book that had been left in the apartment which we used on every day of our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook. Thank you for a wonderful city break.

We would have found the apartment more easily if the directions link had included the flat apartment number and also referenced the Eden Apartment block rather than just Municipal View Abode 12 Cheapside. We did have to report several faulty items on arrival which appeared to have been broken for a while and would have liked a second hand towel and extractor fan in the bathroom. Interestingly we noticed that some of these issues had been mentioned in previous reviews but had not been acted upon. The Host and Stay Team were very responsive to all our queries, but the multiple and duplicate communications prior to and during our stay were not helpful.
