Was a bit of a pain to get the keys from a convenience store nearby.

Could have been easier to find the location to pick the keys up from.

Clear and bright

Absolutely fabulous, very clean, had everything we needed . The e-handbook was great and key pick up not a problem. Hosts very attentive. Will definitely recommend.

Could have done with more than one hand towel in the bathroom for a 3 night stay, plenty of larger ones otherwise.

Clean, bright and stylish. Had all the essentials. Great location for seeing Liverpool. Lovely views from the apartment!

Fantastic location

Having to go to a shop to pick up the keys

Location was perfect. Apartment clean and very well presented. Keys easy to collect/drop off.

There was no grill to cook breakfast. Also ten o’clock check out is early, especially for a Sunday. We asked but a later check out was not an option, even for an additional fee.

Property is spacious and as described. Well located to explore Liverpool cbd. Spoilt for choice with places to eat and shop. Clear instructions for pick up of keys. Would stay here again!

Was a little disappointed by the response we received when asking if we needed to buy toilet paper. Only a few sheets were left on the roll and the agent who responded said the cleaners left a full roll of toilet paper and went on to explain that their toilet rolls are bigger than average. It felt like she thought I was lying. The offer was made to reimburse us for any toilet paper we purchased if we retained the receipt. We don’t bother claiming. This in no way detracted from our stay.
