Comfort at 1503 Menlyn Maine Residences

The view from the balcony is amazing, the turning TV, the bed, everything about this unit was amazing, my wife and I loved it!!

The quietness of the area, and the front line staff professionalism

The sewer smell when going to the room was too much

The view and security are good.

The unit needs some TLC.

Location was excellent, very close to Sunbet Arena for the concert.

This hotel primarily serves guests coming to the Sunbet Casino or arena, they were fully aware that they had hundreds of guests checking in on the day, yet only had 2 people checking guests in. When I first arrived the queue to check in was approx 1 hr long, I then left to come back 3 hours later to a queue 1.5 hours long. The manager and supervisor were walking around trying to placate guests becoming impatient - why one of them couldn't go behind the counter and asist is beyond me!!! All the paperwork was already printed out.

Location is great for what I need for business travel , the apartment is well kept and comfortable.

there was no complementary water in the fridge , the coffee station was very poor not even a very low standard. there was no soap , body was or Shampoo in the shower ... this is very poor

Cockroachs.i didn't expect to see Cockroachs all over the place like that. disappointed
