Excellent, well equipped and very clean accommodation. It had everything you needed! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. Well done to the owner for such a great place.

It’s a private residence, not an hotel. No staff. The owner was very reactive and friendly by messages.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the professional owner was very responsive to our needs and organized a tour to cozumel island and a day at xcaret park for all my family. The apartment is perfect you have all the amenities, roof top pool, ocean and city view and a very relaxing solarium. We liked the ease to enter the apartment thanks to the self check in, the two different ultra fast wi fi connections in the building and the other one private in the apartment and the central location near the sea

Location was great, easy walk into town surrounded by fab resturants, far enough away to be quiet. 2min walk to a popular, tasty taco resturant. Felt very safe walking around area. Parking was free on site. Rooftop pool was appreciated. Washing machine + dryer on site (must provide own detergent). Great having water cooler in room rather than buying lots of drinking water.

THE most stupid lock for the door. We are tech savvy, and although we could use it, it was unnecessarily complicated. If there are a few unsuccessful attempts, it locks you out for 5mins. We stayed for 5 nights. Not clear what the process was about room service, clean towels etc. This is more similar to an airbnb rather than a hotel. We had an issue with power going out, had to whataspp with owner to sort out.

The apartment itself looked very good, and spacious. That is about it, and for this price: can be found a much, much better one.

People don’t give necessary information to help guests- technically i felt worse as a customer then any other place before, in any other country. The elevator was broken, and we got a room on the 5th floor; yeah maybe ppl don’t have a job description to help two people w the luggages, but as a person and working in this industry; sometimes you do help, just because. We were definately not rude, or else, just really tired id being treated w zero consideration. Anyhow, we checked in, dragged all luggages up then throught the poil area & down two floors to arrive to our room: the messages how to open the door sre not clear, and wifi isn’t the best, so it took anlot of time. I tried to get a hold on the owner before check-in, via booking:no reply . When i was messaging, that the door cannot be closed- no reply. Hours later, rude message, referring how i should read the messages and perhaps i am the one; nit understanding it . I also made the booking for 2pax , and asked after we saw the accomodation; for one more sheet and blanket. After such a loooong message feom the owner; rude, unhelpful and inconsiderant: said i should have done it before the reservation- i mean, i have not ever heard an accomo where they deny a customer one more sheet and a blanket?! The reservation was made for two people. After that, he/she messaged me , if i have such needs, i should go buy them myself. Also , the couch in the aparmtent is new so i better not stain it . I mean what the ?!?!?! Who talks to customers this way? What kind of behaviour is this?! So i gave up at this point with this person. I took picture of everytjing wheb we arrived , and when we left, because the reception and the experience is not a good start! Then the noise-which i have been told, it is not true that i can hear music and construction and car noises from the road, hence the room is the other side if the building.

no breakfast, property in a great location....only downside was the communication skills of the staff as none spoke english....was very hard to get things communicated but other than that its a great property...

Perfect apartment! Perfect location, excellent services like ultra fast wi-fi, the infinity pool sea view and city view, in the evening you can see incredible sunsets! The gym in the roof top is well equipped and the front desk always active for any request like the owner Andrea who with his tours agency I organized us the visit to Chichen Itzá and the amazing excursion with snorkeling with starfish in Cozumel!

Great apartment and walking distance to everything in playa. Also has own underground parking, water machine is a bonus in the apartment (just a pitty it ran out) Very clean, comfy.

everything was great but they may want to check the pool as it turned my kids swim wear and part of there skin green after they went in. Would also be a bonus if there could be extra bin bags to empty rubbish and spare toilet rolls (as we had this in other apartments)
