The Toya Bali - Private Room & Hot Spring Jacuzzi

having private jacuzzi with hot spring water was amazing. in the night it was so quiet; so i really enjoyed chilling in jacuzzi with only sound of water and watching crystal clear sky... privacy is high level, they even put locker to your yard door if you want to lock (since private jacuzzi is in front of your room, in the yard). breakfast was small but okey. nice view with fields and mountain where they serve the breakfast but there are going to be flies disturbing you. guys in the reception are so kind and polite. ps: they don’t have anything to eat on late evening, don’t forget to buy something from market in advance.

google maps doesn’t show the direction correct since the small road leads to Toya is not on the map so we had to ask help from local. property could give clear instructions over booking. we weren’t informed about any tour/touristic thing.

We absolutely loved having our own hot spring! The temperature was warm enough to stay warm but not super hot so could be enjoyed during the day in hot weather. Bed was comfy and TV and internet worked better than in any4/5 star resort we stayed. We would 100% be back and recommend. We loved staying amongst the onion farms and seeing the locals:)

Not much but would be great to have robes and perhaps more training for staff so they could give more advice on the area. Most questions were met with ‘I am not sure, I am not from the area’ but friendly non the less:)

Loved the natural spring water jacuzzi! Comfy bed and nice view from the outside garden on the volcano and lake. Perfect spot to spend 2 to 3 days, and recover from the volcano hikes

We felt ourselves at home.

The place is breathtaking! It make you feel in home, peaceful and relaxing. The owners and their staff are very good people, with a lot of kindness and affection to give their customers. They have a very nice rooms, relaxing natural jacuzzi and one beautiful terrace to see the sunset and enjoy the delicious breakfast that they give you. I really enjoyed my time there and I will come back soon. Congratulations 🥳

Nice and compact, everything we needed we had, or our host (Angga) helped us out with (e.g., an adapter so we can charge our international phones etc). Friendly staff, bit of a 'feel at home' kinda vibe with Angga and his two young workers lighting a fire for some conversation together etc. I loved how Angga mentored the two young staff in how to look after guests and learn English. The rooms and grounds were just beautifully made and kept. Beds super comfortable! Jacuzzi wonderful after the mountain hike and in the evenings when the temperature drops slightly.

We loved everything, but if we had to pick one thing, we would suggest to staff to clean the rooms and fill the drinking water up daily - it's just a nice touch. But it was such a lovely stay and experience all around, we would definitely stay again.
