The Toya Bali - Private Room & Hot Spring Jacuzzi

Too many flies. But it seems normal in this area.

They provided us with scooter free of charge to go for dinner.

Not clean! Had bugs in my bed. There was hair on the floor and overall not kept clean. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly and the natural hot spring water is not really hot but warm. Also there is not cold water but just warm. You can’t regulate it. It just comes as it is. The door was slamming the whole time cos of the wind so didn’t have a proper sleep. Also the bed was not comfy and the pillows are too big. Lucky was just one night stay. I would not come back . Service was poor we arrived at 530pm and the 2 rooms we booked the previous day were not ready yet. They have no restaurant and just offer a little breakfast which we didn’t have.

Excellent accommodation, it was so private and having our own naturally hot jacuzzi was such a treat. The host was lovely and very helpful.

Shower took a bit to get warm but the host notified us beforehand.

Nice hotel for those who wants to have few chilling days. The private jacuzzi with hot termal water made our days more comfortable and relaxing. Sky was very attentive and did delicious breakfasts. The room was not big and very clean and it had everything we needed. Also bed and pillow was sooo comfortable! There is no restaurant in the hotel, but walking 10 min are nice places to eat for reasonable price (Wayan kitchen and bar, The Cintamani kitchen and bar, Oemah kitchen) Note that google maps doesn't show correct route to reach the hotel and best orientation is another hotel "Tegal Bamboo Cottages and Private Hot Spring", after which comes The Toya Bali.

I would recommend to visit this place in dry season, as i had impresion that it rains there more than in other parts of Bali.

Two staff are super helpful and freindly. They picked me up from the restaurant and gave me ride on their bike to the main road. (actually a short walk) The place has a private outside hot spring water tub enclosed with wooden door for the sense of seclusion. They have a nice breakfast seating area on top of the main building over looking lake and mountains. Sky went to get food for me twice. WIFI worked very well. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you!

The only thing I wish was hot spring water to be little warmer.

hot spring water jacuzzi was the best thing there. the room was ok not so big. The access of the resort is bit tricky. but the staff was really good and helpful.

too many flies all around the place couldn't sit outside for even 5 minutes the reason is it surrounded by vegetation farms.

What we have most enjoyed, apart from the hotel which was very nice, is the trek for the sunrise on Mount Batur thanks to our excellent and friendly guide Nyoman. We recommend him strongly.
