Der Ausblick beim Frühstück ist einmalig, ebenso der eigene Jacuzzi mit Thermalwasser. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Es war schon etwas kühl, selbst die Klimaanlage auf warm zu stellen, hat nicht ausgereicht. Dennoch war die Nacht aber gut.

Nice, clean and lovely receptionists. They sorted everything for me. Food delivery and moped rental. I would definitely come back the views were gorgeous.

The roosters were load but I had ear plugs

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lot of privacy. The hot spring is warm, but not always "hot" as it is completely natural. We enjoyed bathing in it despite the rain. It is a wonderful secluded spot on Lake Batur.

You need to have a bike unless you are prepared for longer walks to restaurants.

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Loved the jacuzzi. The guys running it were friendly and helpful. Well signposted from the main road weaving around the houses. Great view from the top lookout area on site and really appreciated the breakfast included.

We arrived during a lot of rain, at night, by motorbike (unplanned visit) and the ride off the main road down the narrow, gravel track to the accommodation had a lot of water running through. I don't recommend doing this in pouring rain unless you're an experienced motorbike rider! The track was only about 5-7 mins long, and in the daytime, without rain would be totally fine. The next day, all had dried out and was easy.
