Warm and comfortable

Too many repeated emails about check in time and added charge before we could access the property of £25 or £250 with £240 to be repaid after inspection. They did not send the details of this the day before so we had to ring them on arrival, fill out a form and send money delaying our entry. This was not a good start, however the property was fine and had good heating and large TVs which were much appreciated.

The house was excellent, all we could have hoped for

Only my usual gripe, the bedroom curtains let in too much light in the morning which causes me to wake early

Location very good, quiet, central and very comfortable. Very nice property.

After booking I immediately received an e-mail from an insurance company stating that booking would be nul and void if i did not take out one of their insurance options. Really bad customer care - if insurance has to be part of booking then it should be listed and shown with the booking price total.

The shower in the attic suite was too small for convenience. The space is big enough to support a much bigger shower. You might want to think about changing it.
