FabHotel Stay Inn - IT Hub

The hotel was under construction so they booked the hotel but there was no room. Had to book hotel on stop somewhere else.

Nothing liked at all... There is no kitchen, leave aside the option for breakfast.. No ammenities... Worst experience ever

Nothing matched what was shown during booking.. Everything in the hotel was unlikeable

All was bad

my experience was very bad with fab. I want to highlight couple of below points. 1. When i selected 2 adult from booking.com then why it has been selected 1 adult only when it landed to your website. It should take adult value 2 at the time of booking. 2. So when i entered into hotel for checkin, then a boy told me to you have an booking only with 1 adult. Then i ask him to make it for 2 adult, then fab hotels charged me 800rs extraa. 3. i told them then cancel my booking, I will book another room in same place(rooms were available that time with 1300rs including 2 adult) so fab was saying like you will not get any refund for this and if you want to add 1 adult in your current booking then you have to 800rs extraa charge. 4. When i ask them why you are charging 800rs extraa even hotel rooms are still available. but they didn't understood my concern and i have to pay 800rs to the fab hotel. Key Highlights: They are only making money in the name of emergency. Booking details are not passing from booking.com to fab hotel. i don't know where is the glitch but i had baired the loss od 700rs.
