"Pathetic experience with booking.com"

Never ever book this place or any other place via booking.com. The place wasn't as shown in the app. Not clean, no proper road, no staff, no basic facilities and not a safe location as well. Even after not staying at this place for a single day booking.com Simply said we are sorry. We can not return the amount which I had paid for 3 days. I have all the proofs and everything but still no proper response from them. They just say we can't help sorry. This was my first booking and will be my last booking with these guys who really don't care about the customers. Lost 4k without using the service for which I have paid fully. Please don't use booking.com for the hotels.
