USThe location was perfect for us - close to central York and to our daughter's apartment. The washer/dryer worked fine and there was a nice shower. The apartment complex was quiet and pleasantly landscaped.
The mattress was too soft.

IDEvery thing about the apartment is perfect. Clean, well lay-out, good lighting, new appliances, location near station and walking distance to points of interest. Perfect choice.
With microwave would be more perfect 🙂

MYThe location is exellent as its just across the train station. Lovely clean place.
Maybe it would help.a little to show place to collect the key in a picture form via email as its hidden securely within the 2 walls.
CHGut Lage. Perfekt wenn man am Morgen auf den zug muss. Nähe ins stadtzentrum. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Appartement mit Sicht in den Garten. Helle Räume. Es hat alles was man braucht.
Das Check In war nicht so einfach wie es gesagt wird. Komplizierte Beschreibung die für Verwirrung sorgt. Kein Personal vor Ort. Die Adresse mit schlüsselkästchen und Eingang stimmen nicht überein. War echt stressig, das schlüsseldepot zu finden. Das ganze ist eher steril, dafür top modern. Der badezimmerspiegel ist nicht für kleinere Menschen. Viel zu hoch montiert. Ich bin 1.60 und konnte mich nicht sehen im Spiegel.

Communication via booking.com wasn’t great however via phone was fine. Wasn’t the cleanest (oven and mildew in bathroom) and could do with some updating in the bathroom (shower leaked all over) and bed was definitely not the most comfortable.

Pulizia scadente, abbiamo segnalato questo al gestore ma non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna pulizia aggiuntiva o sconto (l'appartamento al nostro arrivo era veramente sporco, briciole ovunque e bagno indecente). Inoltre non è stato fornito nessun servizio aggiuntivo per chi alloggia in appartamento (caffè o olio non disponibili)

No microwave No tea/coffee provided but apparently this was an oversight. Some cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. Bed way too low for older guests. Could not find clothes airer although there was a dryer.
