Directions giving to find the place were way out it took us 30mins to find it It is across the road from the station and thru the first arch about 200yds also no microwave oven and no tv in bedroom

No lift available when I arrived at building with a heavy case. 61 year old woman left to struggle up 8 flights of stairs so I hurt my back and sides. No hot water from day number 2 boiler faulty , Therefore no hot water so I was unable to cook or wash any utensils in the flat , This was certainly not a luxury apartment - No microwave ,no coffee machine ,no drying rack for drying clothes .Unable to have a hot shower from morning until night time . Television was not easy to use no instructions kept getting Arab channels on screen .
