5 Bed Town House With Additional Luxury Hot Tub And Within City Centre And Sleeps Up To 11 With Sky And Netflix

Host messaged me on WhatsApp asked for £250 deposit the day of the booking Didn’t let it go until I said I’d rather cancel the booking.

The house catered for our needs, nice garden and plenty of kitchen items, and great to have fans available in each bedroom.

The location is not pleasant, didn't feel safe to walk around alone. Plus a lot of unfinished DIY, the porch is full of paint and rubbish. Unfinished painting and poor finishes in most rooms.

We had booked the weekend for a hen party celebration and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. We requested things last minute and they were straight on the phone to arrange things for us. The house was beautifully decorated, the garden was done up to make you feel like you were on holiday! As we had such good weather, it was used the most! I will be booking back here in the future!

Perfect outdoor place, so glad we went with the firepit. Accommodating 11 of us outside, pergola was perfect as it was raining and still allowed us to be outside. Didn't spend much time inside which worked for us. Modern look and feel

11th person ended up sleeping on the sofa downstairs, wasn't very clear that 1 of the room had the sofa bed in sharing with a double bed It was dusty in some places The area looked quite dodgy but this house stood out with the panelling as modern and safe

House and garden was plenty big enough for our group of 7 friends. Great location into the city centre, easy rememberal walk about 20 minutes. Always a quick response from message service.

The house was still under construction. In general the house looked great until you notice the details. The renovation could be done better

Building/DIY supplies in entrance Electric sockets and light switches in bedroom unsafe - hissing etc Windows in bedrooms covered in bird pooh House was freezing and took the whole 20 hour stay to get remotely warm Downstairs shower not clean/black mould Had to pay extra for 2 hour early check in and 1 hour late check out due to needing additional cleaner to have house prepared early, house was not clean. Felt grubby, poorly decorated, stair carpet dirty and stained, and with the house freezing the whole time, it generally felt poor Everyones wheelie bins outside the door Housing estate with mininal parking nearby as so many cars, but was free.

Was clean and spacious,easy to get to. Was quite and amble off parking.. Beds were very comfortable and cosy..

Just needed to finish off some cosmetics in the house..
