5 Bed Town House With Additional Luxury Hot Tub And Within City Centre And Sleeps Up To 11 With Sky And Netflix

Comfortable beds and nice size house.

We didn’t like the area it’s not where we thought it would be as it stated in city centre. Even taxi drivers told us it was a bad area we were in so we didn’t feel safe at all. Soon as we got there the pool ques wasn’t there as was “damaged” the back garden wasn’t tidied. Remotes also didn’t work in living room so had to put batteries from upstairs into the remote. Some parts of house needs improving for example the walls are dirty and has marks, the bannister on stairs also doesn’t feel safe. It stated on information there is only a camera in front garden but we noticed there was one in the back garden to! Just not a safe property to be in to be honest safe to say we won’t be returning unfortunately. Nothing like the pictures also.

Location was good, and the amount of beds for the group that we had was enough. Was lots of parking available and the collection of the keys was easy.

The property was not as clean as we would have liked it. Lots of dust in areas around the home, 'looked' clean on first glance but once we looked properly it wasn't and the house was definitely in need of a little TLC. That being said, it was good value for money and location good and we were only there for one night so it suited the purpose.

It was clean and comfortable

The photos made it look a lot bigger. Quite misleading. Glad there were only four adults. Wasn't a very scenic area but easy taxi into Birmingham.

Bedrooms were spacious. Space was clean.

1) Downstairs pics made it look bigger than it is. 2) Needs a bit of TLC and a freshen up - marks all over the walls. Broken banister. 3)The area looks rough and not appealing - by which I mean a lot of houses in the street and next door had rubbish outside. Although this place did not. 4) Downstairs we could hear animal movement in the walls at night so suspect rats.

Good communication with host. Clean and cosy apartment. Good facilities. Free billiard and playing cards etc.

Could use another bathroom since it is a five bedroom apartment and we were 9 people. And could add TVs to the bedrooms for a more comfortable stay.

Fitted for the group of friends for sleeping

Needs a paint in the kitchen and living area. Location of the area run down outside and rubbish everywhere. Could not watch tv in the living area only nexflix and Bbc1 Smaller rooms than the pictures look
