We liked that the house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures.

We didn’t really like the location. Didn’t really like how the front and back garden was tidy. It still had rubbish from when the last person who had the property.

The space was perfect for our large family who were in Birmingham for university grafuations

We had difficulty disposing of rubbish, all the bins were full. We ended up taking all our recycling home with us

Clean, well equipped and spacious

The hosts were exceptionally communicative. When issues arise, they are quick to respond. The fact it was close to the city centre. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern and well decorated. The living room was LOVELY! Although there were a few minor details, we would stay again if we were ever in Birmingham. Parking at the house was very easy.

Unfortunately, the cleaner who had been hired to clean the property had missed a few corners. However, this was due to the previous guests and the lack of respect they had for the house and host. The host was fantastic, kept us informed throughout and luckily this did not impact our stay. The outside area, although acceptable for our needs, could do with a little maintenance. The kitchen would benefit from an extra baking tray for cooking in the kitchen - but not an issue. The dining table only sits 6 people.
