Stunning apartment, beautifully remodeled, amazing views of Intracoastal and Ocean and steps away from the beach. It’s very clean and inviting. Can’t thank enough our Host who saved us on a short notice from another property that was a disaster. She was a savior, took an amazing care of us. It’s a shame another guest falsely commented on her because I can tell it’s not true. I deal with hundreds of hosts for my many business travels and I can tell this Host stands out from the rest. She cares about her guests and her property. Absolutely recommend her and her units

The apartment itself was fine and we left it in very good condition. Unfortunately, dealing with the host was extremely unpleasant and stressful throughout our stay which completely damped our holiday. A cash damage deposit was required on arrival, which was not clearly communicated in advance. The host cancelled our Booking.com reservation on the day of arrival after we had checked in, which was very concerning and created a lack of transparency around the booking. At the end of our stay, the deposit was not returned. The host raised multiple and inconsistent issues (including a key/fob situation), despite us replacing the key and returning all items in our possession. We were then told the deposit would only be returned if we signed a document waiving any claims and met in a part of town far from the condo. When we refused, communication escalated significantly and included repeated messages, accusations and threats of police involvement. This created a very uncomfortable and pressurised situation at the end of our stay. We strongly recommend that future guests clarify all payment terms in advance and exercise caution with deposits as there is a pattern of cancelling the accommodation and not refunding guests.

Gorgeous apartment!!! Modern, updated and super clean. Open bay views and the Ocean are very beautiful. Sat on a balcony enjoying the view and watching boats passing by. Big perk having a parking spot in a garage. Beach access is super convenient right across the street, 2 min walk. Property owner is very hospitable, great to work with and maintains her property very well. We enjoyed this apartment and will now book this one every time we frequent Miami

We had a horrible experience with our host Yana, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment but she tried to check us in 1 bedroom apartment, also we paid 300 USD as a deposit in cash and never received money back. She said that the one we booked isn’t available, that there’s an overbooking. The apartment had a sofa in bad condition with twisted mattress frame in the living room. We didn’t want to stay in this smaller apartment, she offered us we could move to the bigger apartment but after 2 days. We had to pack and unpack our suitcases and move around instead of enjoying our vacations. We finally agreed to this since it was already late and we trusted our host. Both apartment were showing signs of wear. Later we saw our reservation was still open on booking.com like we weren’t there at all. When we came back home and asked her about the refund of the deposit we payed in cash at the check in, she said if we cancel the booking on the platform Booking she will refund our deposit. We didn’t agree to that. Than she said we left a “messy apartment” and she won’t make a refund, also claiming some non existent fees which were not present at the time of our booking.  That simply wasn’t true and even when we were leaving the bigger apartment we met the host’s housekeeper, she said everything was OK. Then we got a message from the Booking team that she canceled the booking like we weren’t there (as a no show guests!) and the customer service from the Booking told us that we could be charged for the whole stay if we don’t prove to them that we were there. So we had to prove to Booking that we were really there!, so we wouldn’t pay again for the apartment that we already payed for! And she even called us and tried to convince us again to confirm to Booking like we never came to her apartment and then she will refund our deposit. We proved to booking that we stayed in the apartment and wish to warn other tourists to avoid this kind of a bad experience on a vacation.

The views in this apartment and the property host caring approach are what set this apart from many other properties. The host was easy to work with, met us with open arms and checked on us making sure we had a great stay. Beach is beautiful and only few steps away. Assigned parking spot was great feature most of other buildings on a beach don’t have. Apartment is new, clean and so is the newly renovated modern building. Highly recommended !

Fantastic Stay! Absolutely gorgeous apartment: the views of the bay, ocean are spectacular, newly upgraded apartment with everything you need for your stay, also very clean, building is newly upgraded too, beautiful and modern, beach is steps away, great perk - parking included, Special thanks to the Property Host who saved us last min and welcomed to her property with kindness, compassion and care when another host cancelled on us last min and all Miami was sold out.

tried to scam us out of the room by making excuses last minute and then not giving us access regardless which led us to being without accomodation for a night, booking.com also didnt help

Fantastic Stay. Very beautiful views of the Bay & Ocean. Apartment is newly upgraded, design is mariculture to detail and nice high end furniture. And very clean and well maintained. Beach is short 3min walk. And parking is a special perk we enjoyed too. Pool has west exposure so we stayed late to enjoy the sunsets. Special thanks to property host who welcomed us, took great care if us and have us great price. She’s truly amazing! I highly recommend !
