Good location, close to everything bit quiet at same time

I was barely in room but electricity tarriff/ don't get it

Старые кондитеры, плохо работают, не где не указано что 4 этажа . Посуда колотая. Уборка плохая.

The apartment is very large and certainly more than ample for a family. It contains everything that you would need and the internet is good. The beds were large and comfortable and it felt really homely. The staff member lives on site and she was always friendly and helpful. There are plenty of eateries and so forth nearby. It is just a three-minute walk to the night market and there is lots of great food there at very reasonable prices. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, although be aware that you would probably require a taxi (or 65 baht Bolt) if you wanted to go to the beach or to Central Pattaya in comfort.

Unfortunately, we were rudely awoken nearly every morning by the nearby construction noise. This meant that we just did not get the rest that we needed on our holiday. The construction seemed to start at 7 or 8am and continued throughout the day. I appreciate that it is not the fault of Butterfly Residence, however, they should really have mentioned the construction noise when we booked, as we probably would have stayed somewhere else.
