"Added fees for electricity bill"

The room was large and spacious, and the swimming pool was nice.

This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in where I had to pay the electricity bill at checkout, which was an unwelcomed surprise considering the age and thus inefficiency of the air conditioning units in the accommodation. Also the "spa bath" was very dirty and would not have been pleasant to use.

I liked everything

- A little bit confusing check-in because the doors are closed and it is not obvious how to get to the reception. - the electricity is limited to 20kWT which made my stay stressful because I kept thinking how to not use AC instead of being relaxed …

The property is seems as in the pictures. Staff was very very nice, esspecially the lady in the front desk. She was kind and very understanding.

You have limited usage for electricity. Considering the fact that pattaya is very hot and electricity is expensive, it might be understood. But for an apartment with 2 rooms, be prepared to pay extra 100-150 baht for each day for electricity. Only downside is i wish that they would explain this beforehand.

"Perfect holidays"

Great location, clean spacious apartment, no problems with water pressure, clean swimming pool. Good room cleaning services and nice balcony available. Friendly management. Highly recommended for reasonable price.
