The property was lovely and spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was lovely to have a weekend with friends all in the same house.

There was nothing much. It was a little bit chilly inside when we arrived but we know this can’t be helped and turned the heating up.

Had a welcome bowl of chocolates. Host was prompt with response when I needed anything. Beautiful home

It is a very lovely home, with a comfy vibe and the property is very well taken care of. Very spacious and was exceptionally clean! It has lovely parking outside. The kitchen was great to cook in, as they also provide a good amount of kitchenware, so we didnt have to pack loads (and this is coming from people who cooked for Christmas for a family of 10+ !!) The beds and duvets were very comfy, the kids enjoyed the massive bathtub (and the 6'1 brother 🤭) The house itself is very straightforward, central heating was very easy to manage as well as the TV etc. For once our large family was able to all sit in one room and have a very heated game of imposter. Everyone could sit comfortably which was lovely. The hosts were very easy to contact despite it being holiday season, they still answered our messages. We were even able to add an extra night! We absolutely loved our stay and was easily a highlight in our year, to stay in a beautiful house all together ❤️

I didn't enjoy leaving. The hosts made check out very accommodating tho.

The location was excellent, parking for 2 vehicles. Beds were comfortable house was clean. Lots of storage space

There were no wine glasses just one champagne flute rest were tumblers, and no lamps (only 1 in lounge) so not very ambient lighting . It was freezing when we arrived.

Very nice & clean. Very spacious parking space in front of the property. Has late check out offer with a reasonable fee. Dont need to rush early for check out.

Booked for 9 people but no extra beddings to be used on the sofa bed. It will be more comfortable for only 7 people. May need kitchen towels & cleaning stuff so that we can help maintain the cleanliness of the property.

Well presented, clean and modern house. Nice quiet area. Ample parking on private driveway for 2 cars. Wall mounted fans in each room were a godsend when it was quite warm.

Just a few minor improvements which if addressed would make this a perfect property. WiFi: thanks for the WiFi passcode, but could also do with the WiFi login belonging to the property, took a while to find the right one when scanning on our devices. Might be worth renaming it so it's easy for all to find. Kitchen: couldn't get the oven to work, no instructions that we could find either. Made do with the narrow baking oven part of the aga but also no baking trays or foil to use. No wine glasses either. Would also be really useful if you could supply a tea towel. Also couldn't find a dustpan and brush anywhere, only a broom but nothing to pick up the bits with. Sofa bed/conservatory: some bed linen missing, could only find 1 x pillowcase and a duvet cover. Made do for the night though and the bed was comfortable. The knob for the conservatory light switch is also missing, took a lot of fiddling to get the light to turn on. Quite a few of the lightbulbs around the house don't work, only 1 x bulb (of 3) in the smallest bedroom working so a bit dark. Like I said, only minor niggles. The house itself was perfect for our family meet up, very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

2nd time I have here before flying on holiday with family of 9. Not very many places big enough to accommodate a big family in area so this was perfect. Spotless, very modern and owner was sound. Definitely staying here again.
