IEIt was very central and room was nice.
Lift not working was the first problem. Nobody to meet you. Automated Front Door broke twice so we had major problems and worry leaving in case we could not gain access on return. We were 1 hour late for our flight home because of this. Management apologised and promised a 2 night refund which never materialised.
