AUPerfect location, good building, large bathroom and bedroom, BUT there was NO breakfast unless you might say that those packaged tarts were breakfast....There was NO fridge so I had to put the yogurt & fruit, I had to go out to buy, outside the window.
Very nice building but lacking detailing. There was no rubbish bin in the bedroom, no fridge, broken staircase carpet holder, and no or very late responses from management regarding anything. Ridiculous way to access the building with a code as the area has poor reception. Felt not looked after in a nice building.
GBThe room was very nicely furnished and had a good amount of space. The storage was ample with a good supply of hangers.
Could have had an extra pillow. Perhaps a re-fill on tea / coffee / sugar etc.

AUBeautiful newly renovated property. Good location and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Everything is completely contactless. No human contact whatever. We were asked to check in via an email link which we found unsettling. We settled for a WhatsApp photo of our ID. If you’re ok with that it’s fine. We found it all a bit uncomfortable. Only place in 9 weeks of travel we encountered it. Host helpful but slow to respond.

I couldn't access YouTube on the TV
BAWe had a feeling like we are sleeping in a hotel. The bed was big enough and very comfortable. We got a feeling like everything is new in the room. Toilet was very clean and spacy and had all needed amanities.
If I need to mention something I would mention that suite was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator (or it was not functional), so we needed to climb with stairs with our luggage.
GBWe only stayed for one night and were late to stay due to a train strike that impacted our arrival time. Lorenzo was so helpful and extremely patient as we had to keep changing the time we were due to arrive. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and tidy, great shower - just what we needed after a chaotic day of travelling, and lovely little extras in the room like sweet treats, water etc. We only wish we had more time there to have a good look around the area.
