Simpson's Forest - Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa - Kandy

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Simpsons Forest sehr genossen. Das ganze Team ist sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Immer höchst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Speziell möchten wir einige Mitarbeiter hervorheben: Reception: The whole team Service: Imalka and team Rooms: Hiruni, Yohani, Shan, Nilupul Auch die Küche war ausgezeichnet. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gross und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Generell ist alles sehr sauber. Wenn man Glück hat, sieht man ab und zu sogar ein paar Affen.

Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist es das Gym. Eines der Laufbänder war ausser Betrieb und eines hat nach 20 Minuten aufgehört zu funktionieren.

Really beautiful property hidden amongst the hills. Very clean and very beautiful… rooms are spacious with pretty much all the amenities. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was so tasty. All the staff was so courteous and so helpful especially Mr. Gunasekara with whom we did the walking safari, even the other people at reception and restaurant were so warm and helpful. Overall it was a very lovely experience. The swimming pool definitely is the USP of the property.

The entire property was gorgeous! Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. We loved our time there and definitely will return!

The only deal breaker was the lack of 2 keys owe room. With people in our family sick it caused lots of dramas getting in and out of the room if a person was asleep

Location is very nice, infinity swimming pool is outstanding, view from rooms is so nice

Breakfast is not included, we was checking out early, they promised us provide complimentary breakfast, but they didn’t, staff at reception was arrogant

Maravilhoso! A cerca de 15/20min do centro de Kandy mas vale a pena se a intenção for aproveitar o hotel. Comida maravilhosa e umas instalações incríveis!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren drei Nächte im Simpson’s Forest und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die gesamte Anlage ist unglaublich schön – sehr grün, gepflegt und ruhig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann richtig entspannen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Nature Safari, die wir mit unserem Guide Sandro gemacht haben. Er war super lieb, extrem kompetent und hat uns so viele spannende Dinge über die Natur gezeigt und erklärt. Das war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht – sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren ausgesprochen lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Imaika, die uns jeden Abend unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam bedient hat. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter, von der Rezeption bis zum Service, waren unfassbar herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Insgesamt hatten wir eine richtig schöne Zeit und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!
