Only room was clean

Management was very rood

The property is in a desirable location, features modern design, and was reasonably priced.

The property was poorly maintained and unhygienic. There were blood-stained furnishings, broken furniture, damaged fittings, an unpleasant smell from the fridge, a faulty radiator, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. When these issues were raised, I was promised a refund which I never received, and communication throughout has been terrible.

Amazing location price and great apartment itself

There was no form of air conditioning or anything it was 30 degrees heat and 4 of us just could not sleep the one fan that was there was barely even helping

It’s a scam

I was never checked into the property.. apparently they had other guests in the property and over booked.

Everything -the worst property I have stayed in. Sheets stained, bed broken and mended with chip board, no mattress cover or pillow covers, mattress so uncomfortable . Wet cheap pillows. No proper curtains, Absolute minimal kitchen and furniture pathetic for four people . TV required further payment to use Kitchen facilities minimal eg not even four glasses Towels provided really for two people not four Had to travel to pick up keys from an office and they tried to charge me £15 per hour for early access !

Apartment was modern, luxurious and well fitted with amenities. Had a bus stop right outside to city centre. There were two bathroom + toilets which was quite helpful. A fan was delivered on request for our infant, to beat the heat wave. This was exceptional customer service.

Key collection and drop off required to go to a different address, a 12mins walk from the actual apartment. Size of the beds were small for an average adult. Lift stopped working and we had to move our trolleys via the stairs.
