1253 The Blyde Crystal Clear 3 Bedroom Garden Apartment

To be honest we had a problem it was solved but after sometime.

The fact that the problem was solved late we didn't have a proper supper and we didn't have breakfast at all waiting for the problem to be solved

I LIKED THE WHOLE APARTMENT IT WAS NEAT AND NICE AND IT WAS QUIET THERE WAS NO DISPRUTION

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT THE WATER WAS COLD ON SATURDAY AND IT WAS HARD FOR US TO BATH AND ON SUNDAY MORNING IT WAS STILL COLD AND NEIGHBOURS WERE COMING TO ASK FOR HOT WATER WHICH SHOWS THAT EVENT OTHER APARTMENTS WATER WAS COLS

Drunk guys knocking on our door at 02:15am for an hour making noise, no security to assist, no helpdesk/reception to contact, laid a complaint in the morning was only told they will look at the matter till today no feedback no apologies.

It was closer to the reception area and the pool area

The windows and sliding doors were dirty, fridge takes too long to get cold, hot water ran out quickly

the place was too nice and the entertainment was very good we enjoyed thank you

the turn off was beding the sheets were so dirty
