Everything was OK, we really enjoyed the lagoon despite the weather it was raining 🌧

The only thing we were disappointed with was the geyser it wasn't working

"The place didn't not deserve the paid amount. Rooms are not cleaned so it doesn't feel like holiday"

The place had crockroaches. The geyser was not working. The plugs kept tripping.

The decor was welcoming

It was very filthy, the sheets were very dirty and had a lot of dust. The blankets had a funky smell. The TV remote only worked for a few hours then it stopped working. We didn't have any Hot water throughout our entire stay. Lastly we weren't well informed about how things work that lead to us having to pay for beach access.

The facilities are quiet and peaceful. They have very friendly staff. It is very beautiful and value for money. The Crystal Lagoon Beach was my favorite ❤️🔥we really had a great time and a great experience. Thanks to The Blyde Crystal Lagoon for giving such an unforgettable experience
