Have booked king size suite master room but the ceiling Fan sound can break the wall .. even though we gd AC , but the fan sounds horrible.. the small sofa gt stain ..

"The stay is disappointing and not recommended"

It is near to the Lost World of Tambun. However, nowadays the theme park does not allow the visitor to re-enter multiple times within the day when we purchase the day pass, the location of the guesthouse is not as attractive anymore

The cleanliness of the guesthouse is very disappointing. We found a lot of hairs and makeup eyelashes under the blanket. Also there are yellowish spots on the towel provided. Some of the power switches including the switch for the water heater of one bathroom are faulty and not repaired. The guesthouse is not cleaned properly after the stay of previous visitor and not well maintained.

"Accommodation is good."

Good location next to water park. Lift to level one link way to water park. Cleanliness of house Corner unit away from lift. Less Disturbances and noise. Few units along the corridor. Sound proof is poor. Able to hear noise when next unit returns. Despite door and window closed. Expected to have noise from water park speakers until 11pm. Washer and dryer provided is very needed for light luggage traveling. Water dispenser provided. Sunway medical center is just beside.

Property flooring design is not friendly for wet weather, elderly and kids. Does not have hazard labeling for slope or unbalance floor. My sister fell and fractured her ankle. Flooring at swimming pool is also not rough surface quite slippery. One of the bar chair is shaky need to be remove as it’s dangerous for elderly and kids. TV is spoilt with lines on the screen.
