No 3 ,luxury 2 bed 1st floor apartment with free parking,Lytham St Annes

Very comfortable, clean, easy assessable kitchen range, large TV with access to internet excellent.

Shower adequate but could have been better. Stairwell leading from ground floor to 1st floor needs attention especially on the middle landing which was difficult to navigate and automatic timing of lights on stairs needs correcting so lights come on to coordinate access.

Contemporary stylish decor and furnishings. Everything worked.

This was our third visit and we have another booked in May, the apartment is clean and comfortable and is conveniently located, just a short walk to the centre of St Annes and well placed on the bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Just a small thing, the radiators made clicking noises most of the night, might be worth taking a look at. As far as we could tell, they were switched off but sounded like they were making contracting noises. Didn't spoil our stay at all

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough. The apartments decorated to a very high quality, with loads of add on luxurys that makes the stay value for money.

The heating needs sorting, reditors could do with an upgrade.

Well furnished and comfortable apartment. Everything in good condition and full working order. Easy access to the property and close to both the beach and St Anne's facilities.

Would have been good to have a little more information on the area and how things work in the apartment.

Great apartment; spacious, bright, clean, and modern with everything we needed. Good location and comfy beds. Clear and friendly communication from host - he messaged us to let us know the apartment was ready earlier than the stated check-in time in case we'd like to arrive any earlier.

We liked everything about it and would like to return, but it would be good to know how to turn the heating down overnight.
