No 3 ,luxury 2 bed 1st floor apartment with free parking,Lytham St Annes

It's a lovely, comfortable apartment and in a great location.

There was an issue with the toilet, but after contacting Ray it was sorted within a couple of hours.

The apartment was lovely. The open plan living room was fab. My daughter had a double bed to her surprise i couldnt fault it at all. We would definitely book again 😊

There was nothing to not like apart from the rain at new year

Super modern and clean flat very cosy and so close to the town. Perfect location!

Nothing it was great! The only thing as kids get bigger single beds would be better but it’s not an issue for them to share!

Had a bit of a problem with the radiators but 2 electric ones were on standby and made it a bit more warmer

Large rooms, plenty of light, windows opened… it was a hot weekend and there was a fan..

The stairs… the turn on to the first landing felt unsafe… there was no handrails to hold… not suitable for someone unsteady on their feet.. the booking.com advertised the apartment as having a large double bed… this is not so… bed is tiny.. Parking was disappointing, limited spaces and due to the ignorance of another guess who parked their car over two spaces, we couldn’t get parked on Sunday night

The apartment was lovely and modern very clean .and in the right place for the town centre was 5 min walk away and bus stop 2 mins away.

Location was amazing next to the park and one street from the front. Great size of apartment.

Excellent property- modern, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable with excellent location in St Annes. Near shops and beach. Parking space. Would highly recommend
