I’m really disappointed with how this place handled my booking. I reserved an apartment in advance, but on the day I was supposed to check in, I called to get the exact location and was casually told they were fully booked. The person I spoke to was so nonchalant about it, as if it wasn’t a big deal, even though they hadn’t informed me beforehand. I travelled all the way into town only to find out I didn’t have a place to stay. This was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided with a simple message or call. The lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable. I hope they improve their customer service in the future because this was a terrible experience.

It was okay not bad. Very clean

Their WiFi was so low jeezzzzz I can’t lie it was so weak I had to still subscribe my network. That’s the only downside of it

They are Fraudulent. They confirm a booking but when you get to the premises they tell you the room on the booking is sold out and then compel you to pay so much more for a different room

The staffs were so exceptional and I really enjoyed my stay there!
