I stayed in the ground floor room 1 and later moved to the primary suite upstairs, I like the coziness of the apartment. The bed is quite comfortable, the ground floor has good ventilation. The furnishing is quite okay. There's also a Lounge, dining and kitchen even though we didn't use them. There's backup power for lighting and fan.

the internet coverage to the ground floor bedroom was quite poor. The host need to also spray the rooms with insecticide as there are small insects on the floor and in bathrooms. Ground floor bathroom basin is leaking and should be fixed. The ground floor bathroom was wet all through my stay in that room The area is also quite far from major necessities like restaurants and supermarkets.

Good ambience, comfortable beds, 24hr power supply, secured and quiet environment, not far from city center
