"Exceptional"

Well equipped apartment (dish- and clothes washing machine, espresso, kettle etc), a "welcome box" with fruits, bottled water, tea and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. Clean and spacious, on a ground floor of a 15 storey high block of flats, with access to a terrace (we did not use), in an area still under construction (but we could not notice disturbing noises). Comfortable bed and coach, a lot of storage space, good lightening. Perfect location, 5-6 min walk to the tram-station (line 10) that takes you (3 stations) to the city center and from there other 3 stations to the Bioparc by subway/Metro or 2 stations to the L'Oceanographic. One can reach also by foot the City of Arts and Science within 10-15 min walking. Supermarket also in walkable distance. Owners very kind and helpfull. Would highly recommend the flat, both for couples or couples with 1-2 children.

Located on the groundfloor and with access to a terrace, the flat lacks a bit of privacy, unless you close all curtains that makes a bit dark the whole environment. Did not bother us too much, as we were mainly outdoors, visiting the city of Valencia. The restaurants that should have been 300-400 m far from the flat (according to the info on booking.com) were either temporary or permanent closed, or maybe opened in high season only, so we had to have dinner either in the center or in places that were not very close to the apartment (unless you cook yourself). For the low season (mid february) I think the flat is a bit pricey, having also to pay extra for the underground garage. And it gets even more expensive in summertime. It is my personal asessment, I believe the owners have stronger marketing knowledge. For all a.m issues I would have estimated a 9 plus as final mark, given their new entry position, I'll upgrade it to a big 10.
