Sundowner is a lovely clean site.really quiet. whilst on our stay.Chalet comfy and clean.good kitchen area and the washing machine was a bonus .you don't usually get in the chalets..double bed comfy slept well.good WiFi .living room was comfy and had everything you wanted ideal for exploring Norfolk

Getting around the main double bed a little tight and could do with a small side cupboard/shelf window side... Other than that we couldn't fault the chalet.

Lovely clean Clear instructions on how yo sort things out . Lovely updated look Liked it so much we booked again for september

The windows in bedrooms needed blackout blinds or curtains as lots light came through Plates bowls some had seen better days chips and cracks in Even though there was fan in bedroom we couldnt use as was so noisy jusy needs tightening i think But honestly these are minor things and it didnt ruin anything for us

Very comfy sofa’s and beds.

Shower cubicle is not enclosed meaning floor easily gets wet. Would benefit from being left with basic dishcloth / sponge and shower mat in bathroom. Dehumidifiers could do with being changed.

Cute little two bed chalet, nicely furnished, all the facilities we needed in a quiet holiday park

There was a couple of things missing from the property that I’ll email the management about privately but it didn’t affect our stat
