"Pleasant stay, property needs some minor maintenance and a deep clean."

Secure, neat and tidy park. Chalet was comfortable and in a quiet area. Reasonably priced and functional.

Some minor maintenance and more thorough cleaning of the property needed. The main path to Hemsby beach is far from ideal and Desperately requires repairs. For 4 days it was flooded and we had to wade through 3 inches of water. Although it is a short walk to the beach, at around 12 mins, the path being in such poor repair and it being quite convoluted made the walk rather unpleasant.

The chalet was modern in decor and the linen package was sufficient

The doors didn’t work properly which caused problems in keeping the dogs apart when feeding

Beautiful chalet

Was chilly in lounge but there was no remote control to work fire I endlessly tried to contact the property but they never replied
