"Spectacular view in a quiet House."

Right in the middle of everything. Spectacular view of central Perugia. House very quiet. Three large rooms. Very friendly and supportive host.

No aircondition. This might be a problem in summer nights. If you need to open the windows, street noise might be disturbing. In the bathrooms one could provide some more place for personal equipment.

Excellent position and views right in the centre. Warm welcome from Chiara and her son. Everything we needed. Good info before arriving Plenty of hot water. .

Nothing much. Unusual noises in ceiling when lights turned off for a short time but Chiara explained what this was when I contacted her. Not a problem. Perhaps a little olive oil and salt/pepper to cook with would have been appreciated.

Ho soggiornato per due notti a Corso Vannucci 87 in occasione di Umbria Jazz e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente, nel cuore del centro storico di Perugia, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali. La casa è molto ampia, dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Le due camere da letto sono luminose e accoglienti, il bagno grande e ben attrezzato. Pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è completa, con piano cottura perfettamente funzionante e altri elettrodomestici utili per il soggiorno. Chiara, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Esperienza globale molto positiva, terrò sicuramente in considerazione un ritorno in futuro!
