Fantastic location. The apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host - Chiara and her two sons were always available to help and very attentive of our needs.

Nothing, however there are a number of steps to climb to get to the apartment which may be problematic for the less able.

Central - felt at home immediately - Chiara lovely boys even carried our suitcases up the stairs

Location, layout, facilities, well equipped kitchen and excellent service from Chiara and her sons.

Great location right at the beginning of the old town, therefore easy to access if you arrived by taxi or car, and easy to walk to monuments and historical sites. The place was very clean, with great features inside (Iacuzzi shower, super comfortable bad), and the host was very responsive to our questions and needs.

It’s absolutely in the city center, the windows offer an amazing view of the square and the main roads in Perugia, the apartment is beautiful, full of light and well organized, the bathroom is clean and spacious. The host is really nice and always available for help.

Only during the Jazz Festival it can be very loud until late at night, and without air conditioning it’s hard to sleep with the window open. Anyway Chiara was very helpful and nice providing us with a fan for the night.
