A casa di Carla - Villa in Salento

It is very spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Very clean and airy. Modern with a traditional touch. A great host.

It is located « under » the villa so you do not really have a view when inside. But there is a nice outdoor private space abd you can access the garden if you wish to. It is far from city center but the free bikes make the experience even more interesting.

The hosts - very welcoming, ready to help you with anything (for example, with local restaurants or nice to visit locations). The yard - impressive trees and grass, very well kept. The house dog - even if it barks when he sees you behin the gates, after entering the yard he becomes the friendliest and lovelies dog. In the evenings I was looking forward to get back to the house to play with him and hug him.

A Casa di Carla is in a pleasant residential area and is an easy 2.5km from the old town of Lecce. It is a perfect spot if you are using a car to explore the many towns in this beautiful area. Parking near the old town of Lecce is very busy, so it is great to have the option of walking, taking the bus or even using the bikes provided. The apartment is calm and comfortable with everything you need to settle in and make it your home away from home. Federica is a beautiful and charming hostess, who offered loads of tips for things to see and do, along with restaurant and food recommendations. She really looked after us and helped us make the most of our time in this beautiful region of Italy. We arrived as guests and left as friends, knowing we would always have a home in Lecce ❤️

We loved our stay in lecce !! Federica was a wonderful host absolutely delightful in her warm welcome and suggestions of things to do ,restaurants and even helped us with some home cooking suggestions. nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.The villa was close to old town and the cycles provided make it even faster and easier to explore beautiful LECCE . We loved the green spacious villa and the beds were comfortable and kitchen well equiped .We would definitely recommend and stay again .

Just perfect. The appartment is very well equipped (we can see that the host has taken care of each detail), spacious, very clean with large garden (and a secure and comfy car parking). We also appreciated the washing mashine. The location is quiet but still not too distant from Lecce center (we went on foot; alternatively there was a direct bus just around the corner) with a supermarket in proximity. It is also perfect for visiting Lecce surroungins by car. We felt welcome - when F. said that "this is our home" we felt that she meant it. She was very helpful (we've got tons of practical information by Whatsapp), and very available - but also completly resepcting our privacy. All communication done in very clean English And a few bonuses included: sweet welcome gift; paints, brushes and colouring book for our kids; and a very friendly dog that kids played with (but only after checking with us that it is fine for us). And a turtle.

The only thing we regret is that our stay was too short ;)

We just loved it 🥰!!! It felt like we were at home from the very first moment, such a calm and relaxing place! The owners are amazingly friendly and helpful, the house is spacious, good working air conditioner, comfortable and perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom, the garden is simply beautiful! Carport is in the gated yard, suitable even for a minivan (ours is 2 meters high), many food shops nearby, old town is just few minutes walk, both seas are 25-40 min by car. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay, Federica, Francesco and the cutest Argo ☺️
