A casa di Carla - Villa in Salento

Cosy and friendly atmosphere, clean and fully equiped apartment, we were independent and part of the family as well. Dog is a happy and silent big puppy. Would love to have more days to enjoy this place better. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Carla and will definitely come back when we have the chance! First of all the hosts are so warm, friendly and extremely welcoming: checking multiple times if everything was to our liking, providing us with tips for places to visit and to eat, allowing us a late checkout so we didn’t have to rush, etc…The villa is located in a very beautiful setting in a punctually landscaped garden, allowing you to sit outside in the sunlight or in the shade as desired. The accomodation itself has everything you might need to sleep, relax, cook, do laundry,… Thank you for the fresh high-quality local specialty pasticciotto! Casa di Carla is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the highway so it’s easy for excursions by car (safe parking available) to the beaches or other nearby cities. Still, the centre of beautiful Lecce is only 2,5 kms away, and Casa di Carla even provides bicycles so we could be admiring the Basilica di Santa Croce in only 10 minutes. We regretted having only booked two nights and in retrospect easily could’ve stayed here for most of our visit to Puglia as it is an excellent basecamp for daytrips to pretty much all must-visit places in Salento. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Everything was excellent..the kindest host Federica...the appartment clean and spacious with everything you need...the outside so nice...and Lecce center so beautiful. We loved it!!!

The location, apartment, facilities, comfort, breakfast are all perfect. It is easy to find, Frederica welcomed us and we felt completely at home. Not only is the apartment perfect, we loved the family. We had issues with our car while we were there and we would not have sorted it out without the help of this wonderful family.. Very beautiful house in a quiet area just 3 km from the main entrance of the Old Town.Amazing garden ,parking lot if you have a car , bicycles on your disposal as well.Well equipped kitchen and also welcome pack provided from the hosts -coffee,tea , croissants which was very kind ☺️.Hosts are amazing ,they helped us with choosing a nice restaurant for dinner and gave us all the information we were asking for .We were there for 2 days but next time we were come for longer .Amazing place!

Everything! Fede and Francesco are wonderful hosts! Fede took care of us on a daily basis, checked we are ok and enjoying ourselves. I changed the check in time, and she was cool with that, recommended on restaurants, and helped me reserve a boat trip ( not always easy in Italien-;), and brought us some sweet pastries on the first morning. We had coffee in the kitchen, and all the facilities to cook. The apartment is spacious for a family of 4-5 people. Lecce is a good point for "star" visits to the west and east coast of Puglia, and has a uniqe center by itself! There is a private parking, so its very convenient when you have a car.
