The location was close to the concert venue we went to so that was the main reason we picked it. There was a very sweet man who helped us with our luggage and our waitress at the buffet was very sweet. The blu bar was nice as were the bartenders. Would have probably liked the pool and pool area but due to weather it was closed. I did also like the big bright lighted mirror in the bathroom along with the small makeup light was nice, and though I thought it was werid at first the bathroom TV was nice too.

Front desk staff was rude, you smelled cigarette smoke everywhere..even the sheets, the non-smoking room was a joke..was told if you smoke just open the balcony door, you can apparently smoke everywhere including the all the bars.. While people are trying to eat..disgusting, found bugs on the one of the beds(thankfully that one wasn't really used), there were holes in floor and the flooring was ripping up. The shower was open (no door) leaking water out of the side, water pressure was awful. The buffet wasn't good, nothing was seasoned and the seafood (mainly shrimp) didn't look fresh, $100 (for 2) is way too much. We will not be staying at that hotel again.

The room was ok.

It's more like a medium hotel rather than a casino hotel. No extras like a coffee place. I had to go to bar to get a cup of coffee and it wasn't very good. It was just a fair stay.
