Once you leave with a drink you can't walk back in with it. It was a diet coke!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The view of the ocean from my balcony was worth the price of the room.

With a large casino running all night, the food options are very limited. The few places available on property are understaffed and overpriced.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

Use a bit more professionalism with the reps at the check in desk. Check in time was at 4pm. We arrived early so we were asked to check back later. We returned a few minutes before 4pm. Stood in line for about 15 minutes to be told that our room was not ready. Not until we asked to speak with a manger about compensation, which the manger did not bother to come speak with us, all of a sudden there was another room available.
