The bedroom and the pool were very nice.

Shae, who was at the front desk when I checked in, was not very friendly and gave me no information on, for example, where were the restaurants, where was the pool or that I needed a bracelet to be at the pool. I had to deal with her on another day and received the same attitude. I didn't really like the fact that the casino and the hotel were not separated.

Beautiful room. Extra large bathtub. View of the beach. Great rate! Staff were friendly. Went down to casino after checking out. Spent 25$ ,left with 350 in literally less than 5 minutes. VERY close to the coliseum I was attending a concert at

$6 bottle of water. You should keep some free ones for your guests

It’s close proximity to the beach and shopping it has everything you need pretty much within the hotel, bedding quality was nice

Mattress was firm and room wasn’t cleaned during our stay
